These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 12huat platform, including all betting, casino, and related services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Access to and use of the 12huat Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
2.2 12huat reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where fraudulent information has been provided.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the 12huat Platform. The operation of duplicate, shared, or linked accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 You must complete KYC verification as requested by 12huat. KYC documents — which include a government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport) and may include proof of address and source of funds — must be submitted before your first withdrawal can be processed. 12huat reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
3.4 Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full, including all amendments published from time to time in accordance with Clause 13.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12huat login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for two-factor authentication. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You must notify 12huat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. 12huat will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
4.3 All transactions conducted using valid login credentials are presumed to have been authorised by the account holder unless 12huat is notified otherwise. This presumption applies to bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and profile changes made.
4.4 Accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your Account to any other person. Bets placed on behalf of third parties using your Account are prohibited.
5.1 All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the 12huat Platform from time to time.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from an account not held in your name — are prohibited. 12huat reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the Member Account pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method held in the Member's name. A minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified on the Platform.
5.4 12huat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, or where the source of funds requires clarification. Processing times stated on the Platform are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5.5 Funds in a 12huat Account do not accrue interest. 12huat is not a financial institution and the services provided herein are not deposit-taking or banking services.
6.1 All bets placed on the 12huat Sportsbook and live casino are subject to the specific game rules, sport-specific betting rules, and settlement policies published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a general term and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail.
6.2 A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the 12huat system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that fail to receive confirmation — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or otherwise — are not valid and no obligation arises on 12huat's part in respect of such attempted transactions.
6.3 12huat reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing or data error has occurred; (b) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known or the event had concluded; (c) there is reasonable evidence that the bet forms part of a coordinated arbitrage, match-fixing, or collusion scheme.
6.4 In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and removal at any time in response to match events, data feed disruptions, or integrity concerns. 12huat shall have no liability for bets not accepted as a result of market suspension.
6.5 All live casino games — including those at 12huat Casino tables — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each variant. Results generated by live dealer studios are final. Where a technical malfunction voids a round, all stakes for that round are returned to Members' accounts.
7.1 12huat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside each promotion.
7.2 Bonus funds and free bet credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
7.3 12huat reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify promotional terms, or disqualify a Member from a promotion where it determines that the Member has abused the promotion or acted contrary to the spirit of the offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk bet hedging to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
7.4 One (1) welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method applies. The creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12huat Platform:
8.2 Where 12huat identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, void affected bets, and report relevant information to appropriate authorities.
9.1 All content on the 12huat Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 12huat or is licensed to 12huat by its content providers. No content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from 12huat.
9.2 Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not convey any right to download, copy, or modify any element of the Platform.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12huat shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from your own error, miscalculation, or misunderstanding of betting rules; (b) any loss arising from service interruptions, data feed errors, or technical malfunctions outside 12huat's reasonable control; (c) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
10.2 12huat's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 12huat's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 12huat is committed to responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members at no cost:
11.2 12huat requires all Members to be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposit source.

12.1 12huat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms and Conditions have been breached; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) regulatory or compliance obligations require it; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Member's wellbeing under the responsible gaming framework.
12.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 12huat support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending wagering requirement obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to KYC verification.
12.3 Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions, 12huat reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to recover any losses suffered by 12huat as a result of the breach.
13.1 12huat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material, 12huat will endeavour to notify Members by email or by a notice displayed upon login.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 12huat is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.
14.2 Nothing in this clause prevents 12huat from seeking emergency or interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain prohibited conduct or protect its intellectual property.
